1) Sound and Lighting: Purchaser shall provide adequate sound reinforcement and lighting production, as well as trained technicians for competent and professional operation. Front of house engineer must be available prior to sound check.
Purchaser shall also provide sufficient AC power and outlets on stage.

2) Load In/Out: Purchaser shall provide access to venue and staging area a minimum of five (5) hours prior to show time, including sound check. Load out will be immediately after show.
3) Dressing Rooms: Purchaser shall provide dressing rooms with adequate lights, chairs, mirrors, and clothing rack.
4) Accommodations: Purchaser shall provide two (2) double rooms in an appropriate hotel setting i.e.... Holiday Inn,Howard Johnson,or Best Western. Rooms are to be guaranteed so that late arrivals/check in’s are permitted.
5) Hospitality: Purchaser shall provide the following:one (1) hot meal or the cash equivalent for five (5) for each nights performance. One (1) case of premium beer, sodas, and bottled water on ice backstage at time of show
